A One Day Trip to Lucknow

Lucknow the city of Nawabs. A city full of heritage and mouth watering food. My one day trip to Lucknow is filled with traveling across the city and trying out some delicious and authentic Lucknowi dishes which you will not get anywhere else.

I started my journey in a typical Indian way with all time favorite "Chai" at the famous "Sharma Tea Stall". This is one of the oldest tea stall at Lucknow which is famous for its authentic Chai, Bun Maska and Samosas.

The flavor of the tea is surely a perfect kick start for your Lucknow trip and it's best enjoyed with Sharma Ji k Bun and Maska.

After that I took a walk till Aminabagh to try Lucknow ki shaan Tundey Kababi's Tundey Kabab. One of the most tried and favorite dish of Lucknow. If you ever visit Lucknow you must try Tundey Kabab or your trip to Lucknow is totally incomplete.

The soft kabbabs will just melt in your mouth, giving you a blast of the flavors that you will surely going to enjoy. I also tried Tundey Kababi's Mutton Biryani which is totally a bonus and will surely gives brownie points to this amazing place.

After that, I took a walk in the Aminabagh Market (Cloth and Books) which is totally a delight because of the authenticity of the city and the people living their, who are more then happy to help if you need any kind of help.

I also tried Imriti and Lassi from one of the local shops which was really high on flavors and low on prices. The best part about Lucknow is, food will hardly cost you anything here.

Now, if you're at Aminabagh after trying all the good food you have to end the journey with Prakash Ki Kulfi they serve the best Kulfi I have ever tried. You just have to walk for 2 minutes from Tundey Kababi.

Now, what is the best way to end a trip to Lucknow?

And the answer is, with a sweet pan which will remind you of all the good and sweet memories of Lucknow.
